Hi from the Improve Group!
Hi! My name is Liz and I’m in the picture in the bottom of this page with Leah and Marian. We all work for the Improve Group, which is a research firm. Our office is in Bloomington, Minnesota (right across from the Mall of America), but our work takes us all across the US. Right now, Leah, Marian, and I are working with the Girl Scouts of the USA to evaluate the uniquely ME! program. Basically, we want to know how uniquely ME! changes the way girls think about themselves.
So far, we have worked with councils to design surveys for girls in the program. Soon, we will start going on site visits to a few councils to see uniquely ME! in action. In the next few months, we will be asking councils to nominate girls to write for this blog and any of you can send in artwork that we’ll also post here.
I love working with Girl Scouts and the uniquely ME! program because it makes me so happy to see intelligent and fun girls that know what real beauty is! I hope to hear from you soon!
